About Me
My name is James Caruso, and I'm a creative professional. I love design, the web, and story telling. My favorite types of problems to solve involve the web, branding and a clever use for design.
I've worked in environments ranging from corporate in-house design, big budget advertising and marketing firms to boutique design shops. I've also had the experience of running my own studio of 5+ people for over a year, being responsible for nearly every aspect of the creative and studio process.
In my spare time, I like paint, draw and read voraciously. Also, I love film. I have a deep appreciation for what film can communicate, the emotions it can evoke, and the way it can change our perceptions; interestingly enough, I feel the same way about design.
